There are a few ways. Click on Book a Consultation at the top right corner on the main page and it will direct you to the portal to pick a date & time for a video appointment. Or, you can call (703) 828-5393 or email ranya@insighttherapyva.com with your request.
Our practice is 100% virtual and we utilize the HIPAA compliant SimplePractice platform for video sessions. You’ll receive an email with a link to the scheduled telehealth session. We recommend having a private space and a sound machine, if needed.
Absolutely. We believe that care coordination is important and, with your permission, we collaborate with other members of your treatment team.
You will be asked to enter your email address and a link to the portal will be emailed to you. The link is good for 24 hours, after 24 hours you will need to request a new link.
To access your billing documents such as invoices and superbills:
Click on: Client Portal → Billing
To change you credit card on file:
Click on: Client Portal → Billing → Payment Methods → Credit Card

We are unable to prescribe medication for the management of mental health symptoms. However, we maintain a list of medical providers to whom we can refer you when it is determined that an evaluation for medication management may be necessary. We encourage you to collaborate with your therapist to make an informed decision about whether, when, and to whom you should be referred for medication management. Your therapist can guide you through this process and ensure that you receive the appropriate care for your specific needs.
